“Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness.” Lamentations 3:22-23

Dear family and friends:
Greetings from Florida on a rather warm summer day. On the left is a picture of our 7 grand-children all together in Switzerland a few weeks ago. Daughter Lisa and Jonathan hosted Grace (13) and Gabriel (10) so daughter Heidi and Ryan could celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary in Croatia where they spent their honeymoon. The cousins get along quite well (mostly!)
In August we were delighted to visit Connecticut where both families were together for 12 days. In addition to spending lots of time with the grands, taking them to and from soccer camp, we enjoyed meals together, spoiling them with ice cream trips, and a visit to the Mystic Aquarium to enjoy whales, California sea lions, etc. We led worship at Elm City Vineyard where Heidi and Ryan serve as elders. It was really wonderful to join daughters Heidi and Lisa on vocals, Ryan on guitar, and grand-daughter Grace on vocals. We led “Amazing Grace” and “Great Is Thy Faithfulness,” along with other more contemporary selections. As Ryan works as Yale University and serves at the Center for Faith and Culture, we were the oldest folks at their church service! It was really hot and, with no A/C, we enjoyed the fans!
The day we led worship was also the birthday of our dear daughter Heidi and we took her and sister Lisa out for Sunday brunch.
Lisa and Jon and family have now returned to Guinea in West Africa where Jon serves as a missionary pilot for Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) and Lisa serves as the country director. Your prayers for the family’s safety and God’s protection are much appreciated.
Meanwhile, Heidi just traveled to Rwanda, and then on to India, to pursue the work she is doing to help eliminated poverty for women and children, and to provide fresh, drinkable water.

Ross is giving a program at a local Assisted Living once a month and it is very much appreciated by the residents.
We are looking forward to our annual visit to Destin, Florida in a few weeks to lead worship at a church conference.
Tammy and I so appreciate our family and friends and are very grateful for your prayers and support of our ministries.
Please know we continue to pray for you and yours. With gratitude, love, prayers and blessings,
Ross and Tammy
